As many of our items are custom-made or made to order, we are unable to offer returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
